A few good reasons to think about travel insurance---

Travel insurance covers you against unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • illness or injury to you or a traveling companion or immediate family member causing you to cancel or interrupt your vacation

  • jury duty

  • job layoff or job termination - Must be employed at least 1 year

  • terrorist events

  • bankruptcy or default of your airline, cruise line or tour operator

If you cancel a trip, you may lose all or part of your payment depending upon the cancellation penalties of your travel supplier(s).

 Does your health insurance cover you while you are traveling? How about air ambulance fees? Many people are not covered while they are away from home. Some people have reduced coverage while traveling.

     We, as your cruise broker, recommend the purchase of travel insurance. We want your experience to be a memorable and pleasurable one! But just incase something should go awry, it is good to know you are protected! Travel insurance is designed to protect you from a host of events both before and during travel. We personally find it much less stressful to travel insured!
