Cruising allows all members of your family to have some independence, yet you are never too far apart. You can spend as much or as little time together as you like. In fact, there are still a few cruise lines that prefer their passengers to be at least 12 years old. (We don't recommend these for family vacations, but they are excellent options if you choose to cruise alone!)
